Review by Neil St.Laurent

This MCD helps diversify and strengthen the death metal scene. It's basic rootings could be that of deaththrash, but it goes so much further to incorporate old school death metal. You could call this thrash on steroids, and lots of them. It's extremelely fast and completely unrelenting; okay, within the songs some of it is relatively slower, but still fast. Johan Axelsson pumps out fast an intense guitar riffs, while Dan Bengtsson fills out the low end (yet this album makes no attempt to be an extremely heavy album, more thrashlike in nature as mentioned). Rikard Wermen is another one of those insane, hidden-third-arm, drummers. An album that could draw standard non-extremists into the extreme, and please all those current extremists out there.
