I have no idea what Warzone is trying to accomplish. They are the hard-core band that could be, but probably won't be. This is their second release of this year I believe, and had they just made one release they could have had a 40 minute album. I find it hard to believe that these people actually stand for any of the values that hard-core at some point had; consider their cheesy names "Raybeez","J-Sin", "Vinny Value", only "The Kid" has something that isn't totally cheesy. Warzone is fairly run-of-the-mill New York style hard core, but they do offer quite a few original riffs. They have the ability to make some fairly decent high paced, somewhat intense, almost in your face music. Warzone has also found the answer to running out of riffs when writing songs, they simply end the song, making for yet another short recording. Warzone has some interesting ideas, and some unique offerings, but they simple don't make a very convincing hard-core band. If they ever decide to put some real effort into a recording, and tune down Raybeez an octave or two and make him more intimidating, then they may be able to produce something that is more substantial than "The Sound Of Revolution", and something more worthy of attention.
