Glorification is an EP release featuring a remix of "Glorifcation of the Black God" and four cover songs from Destruction, Piledriver, and Bathory. Marduk is fairly typical black metal; fast drum beat, single riff driven song, partially shrieky vocals, and the occassional break for something slower or a different kind of vocal. Their last album was much better than this EP. The remixed song sounds even more bland than before. I can't say I've really listened to much, or anything, from the bands they do covers of. I therefore can't say how true to the original material they sound. For sure they do all hold that very basic black metal style. The songs covered are: "Total Desaster" (Destruction), "Sex With Satan" and "Sodomize The Dead" (Piledriver), "The Return Of Darkness & Evil" (Bathory). You may wish to pick up this EP if you are starved for black metal or you collect Marduk stuff.
