Dear readers / supporters, After several years of putting together Tracks Of Creation I have decided that it is time for me to take some time off. The magazine has reached the goals that I set out for it, it has a substantial readership, but it is time for a rest now. Tracks Of Creation got its roots about 4 years ago now, when I was just 18 and attending my first year of university. Back then it was just a large collection of links to hard music sites, but in Autumn of 1996 that was transformed into the magazine. Since then it has grown and received a considerable readership and industry support. I had a lot of fun doing the magazine, and it always seemed to keep getting better. Issue #3 of Volume 2 was by far the best we ever did, and that was accompanied by the Dark Music Special which represents some of my best work. I certainly have not become tired of the music, or the industry, my interest in the extreme and unknown arts has never been less. I wish that I could continue to do the magazine, but for a variety of reasons, I have to take a break from this right now. Someday I will be able to set new goals again, and Tracks Of Creation will have another volume, but until that day I wish you all well and hope you continue to listen to the music that we all know is the best. On behalf of all the contributors, I would like to thank you for being a part of this experience, we enjoyed having you as our audience. Sincerely, Neil St.Laurent toc@disemia.com +1.403.284.1345
